We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

In-person classes or on site hands-on workshops.

We issue refund in case of in-person classes or on-site workshops. The refund can be only entertained if you have been 100% absent during the course or workshop. The refund can be maximum 95% only of the paid amount. The percentage of refund depends on the type of course or workshop, if it is inclusive of tools and materials, the refund will be decided by course curator only.
